If your product is unintentionally damaged within three months from the date of receipt, please contact our customer service email(support@ustopflags.com) immediately and provide your order ID to apply for warranty service.
After receiving the application, we will usually respond to you within 3 working days.
After the application is approved, please send the products that need warranty to the address specified in the email. After receipt, we will send the new products to you within 5 working days.
Freight instructions: You will bear the freight for sending the product to us, and we will bear the freight for sending new products.
